Upholding the rigorous standards of haute floral design, a minimum of 3 days' notice is required for all bespoke creations. This allows our studio the necessary time to curate and secure specimens of the most pristine caliber.

Return & Exchange Policy

As flowers are perishable living art, photographic confirmation is provided prior to dispatch. For any quality concerns, please contact our atelier within 24 hours of receipt; we kindly note that refunds cannot be accommodated beyond this window.
